No product is shipped without verifying its quality and proper packaging.
If items are missing upon delivery, a replacement will be sent at no extra cost.
In case of a manufacturer defect, customers may return or exchange the item within 5 days of receiving the order.
The return must follow the guidelines and be verified via email and damage proof.
If a defect is confirmed, the item will be replaced with an identical one, free of charge.
If the damage is due to misuse, the item will be returned to the customer, who will bear shipping costs.
Refunds are not issued until the damage is verified.
Items damaged after delivery are not eligible for return/exchange.
