Which areas do you deliver to?
We offer delivery services to the main regions within Saudi Arabia. Unfortunately, there are some areas we cannot deliver to directly. If your address is outside the serviceable delivery zone, we kindly request that you collect your order from the nearest available shipping company branch in your area.

Shipping is available to all cities in Saudi Arabia and Gulf countries.
All shipments from FidelizArt are packaged, secured, and inspected for quality before dispatch.
Orders within Jeddah are delivered within 24 hours to 2 business days via the ToYou express service.
Shipping to other Saudi cities and Gulf countries takes 2 to 7 business days via available shipping companies.
(Business days are Saturday to Thursday; Friday is a holiday for all shipping companies.)
Tracking Your Order
To track your order, an email will be sent to your registered email address with the shipping confirmation, courier name, and tracking number.
You can use this tracking number on the shipping company’s website to track your shipment.
You can also log into your FidelizArt account to check your order status.
Additional Information
All shipments are insured with the shipping company. If the customer discovers any damage after receiving the shipment, they can file a compensation claim with the shipping company (not FidelizArt) within 24 hours of delivery.
FidelizArt is not responsible for any damages caused during shipping. Customers are advised to inspect the shipment before signing for it and not to accept it if damaged.
If the shipment is not received within 27 days, the shipping company will return it. This results in mandatory return fees. In such cases, shipping costs and 20% of the product price will be deducted as restocking fees. The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer’s account.
For art supplies, if there’s a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, the item (including all boxes and contents) must be returned in excellent condition and without any damage.
Return & Exchange Policy
You may return or exchange products within 3 days of receiving them.
Products must be in their original manufacturer’s packaging and unused.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Used products cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they have a manufacturing defect within the warranty period.
Refunds are issued only after the product is inspected and confirmed to meet the return conditions.
Missing accessories or original packaging will void the eligibility for return/exchange.
Refunds for online payments (bank transfer or PayPal) will be sent to the same account used for payment and may take 10–15 business days.

Do I have to pay extra for delivery?
Delivery is free for orders of 500 SAR or more.
If your order is below 500 SAR, a 35 SAR shipping fee applies.
Why do I have to pay a shipping fee?
If your order total is under 500 SAR, the 35 SAR fee helps cover courier costs.
Orders over 500 SAR are shipped free of charge.

SPL tracking numbers are usually 13 digits or more.

FidelizArt takes great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately through the Contact Us form or WhatsApp.

How can I schedule a delivery time?
Aramex will call you to schedule delivery.
If you don’t receive a call, contact them at 920027447.
If shipped via SPL (Saudi Post), they’ll also reach out to coordinate delivery.
